Cases of violence inside the jail and racist tactics. (Sorry there isn't much
detail, a friend just called from Miami and asked me to post this info.)
1:50 p.m. report from Miami :
The police separated everyone from A.P.O.C. (Anarchist People of Color) from
the white activists. A.P.O.C. is currently writing a press release about this.
>From inside the jail, there are confirmed cases that:
- A woman was sexually assaulted
- A man was taken to the hospital after being beaten in the head with a hammer
- Another man was tied to a jail cell and hosed down with cold water for 36 hours
They requested money for bail to be sent IMMEDIATELY.
