(Een ontwerp van de binnenlandse Anti-terrorisme wet, voorgesteld 
door groepen die zijn verbonden met de Chavistische regering, werd 
tijdens de eerste discussie in de Nationale Vergadering goedgekeurd - 
er moet tijdens drie gelegenheden over worden gedebateerd voordat 
het in werking kan treden. Op ons verzoek wordt de huidige versie - 
beschikbaar op www.asambleanacional.gov.ve - van het ontwerp 
geanalyseerd door een advocaat en een sociaal activist uit Caracas...
