 Since the Provincial High Court refused the provisional freedom,
 different changes have been happening. Just after the judicial
 decision, a new visits restriction was applied over our mates. Now
 only the direct relatives are able to visit them.  On January 25th,
 the judge of the 2nd court of Valencia sent the case to the Audiencia
 Nacional (High Court in charge of the crimes related to "terrorism").

 la confusione sul numero degli arrestati, durante
 l'ultima retata antianarchica ordinata dal giudice
 Garzon. Sono sicure quattro detenzioni: tre avvenute
 in Catalogna ed una in Almeria; voci insistenti
 parlano di un quinto compagno arrestato. E' certo che

Just in case you had any illusions about the fairness or
 impartiality of the Irish 'justice' system:-
 On the same day as 'celebrity chef' Tim Allen was allowed
 to buy himself off a prison sentence for the possession of
 child pornography, five Romanian men were jailed after a
 court found that &quot;it was reasonable to infer that they
 intended to commit an offence in a shop in Co. Wicklow
 last November&quot;. Allen's sentence of a nine-month prison
 sentence was reduced to one of 240 hours...
