The arrest of a number of Algerian refugees on 14th 
 January for allegedly making the poison ricin, and the 
 accompanying death of a Special Branch officer, have 
 led to an ever-intensifying media panic. Strange that 
 this should suddenly happen now, when Blair is 
 having real difficulty selling Bush's oil war to his 
 cabinet colleagues, let alone the public. There have

 les antiautoritaires dans le port de La Spezia, pas loin de Gènes. Il y
 avait à peu près 5 000 participantEs, incluant des membres des
 principales fédérations anarchistes et d'autres antiautoritaires et des
 groupes anarchistes locaux. La marche a passée à côté des principaux
 sites militaires de la ville, incluant les installations de la Marine, la
