Just thought I'd point folks to a really good, anti-authoritarin
 (anarchist and ultra-left) anti-war website / group in the UK. Great
 archives on the 1991 gulf war, including mulitiple articles and original
 documents about the proletarian uprisings in Iraq that ended the 1991 war
 (but were brutally crushed by The Ba'athist regime).

Forse parlare di carceri private può apparire strano. Il fenomeno della 
 privatizzazione delle carceri è però sintomatico del cambiamento di 
 mentalità che si è verificato negli ultimi anni: chi, fino a poco tempo fa, 
 avrebbe immaginato che in diversi paesi del mondo si sarebbero privatizzati 
 i simboli della potestà punitiva dello Stato: le galere?
      Eppure negli Stati Uniti quella delle carceri è ormai un'industria 
 multimiliardaria con le sue fiere e i suoi convegni, con pagine web,...
