 A Lisbonne, en 2000, le Conseil européen veut porter le taux d'emploi de 61
 % actuellement à 70 % en 2010. Un an plus tard, à Stockholm, il réaffirme
 cet objectif, en mettant l'accent sur le taux d'emploi des personnes de 55 à
 64 ans, qui devrait être porté à 50 % en moyenne dans l'UE d'ici 2010. Ce

 Bilan Réalisé par les jeunes libertaires, à l'issue du mouvement de décembre
 1995
 Après 3 mois de mouvement étudiant à Toulouse, il convient de faire un
 bilan.
 A l'Université Paul Sabatier (UPS, sciences), des enseignants ont impulsé un
 mouvement dont deux points essentiels étaient la remise en cause du budget
 et celle de l'avenir de la faculté. Puis une forte mobilisation des

Thousands of anti-war activists last month protested against
 British and American plans for an attack on Iraq. A day of action
 on 31st October saw 150 demonstrations take place across Britain,
 in places as far apart as Broadstairs, Farnham, Glasgow and
 Manchester. The protests, which were timed to coincide with
 Halloween, took many forms. These included critical mass bike
 rides, occupations, marches and rallies.

At 3:30 AM today several dozen private police have attacked about 200
 protesting workers in Ozarow cable factory. At least one person
 was wounded and later taken to the hospital. Volounteer firemen
 were called in by the protesters and they sprayed water on the private
 police.
 At about 4 o'clock the state police came into action and forced the way
 open to the gate of the factory.
 In the meantime, the protesters blockaded the main route Poznan-Warsaw
 running next to the factory. The lorries coming to disassemble
 the production lines in the factory were attacked with bricks and stones.

 El pasado domingo día 24 concluyó en Valencia la Marcha al Mediterráneo,
