Over 100 people, mostly nurses and other workers at a hospital in Wroclaw,
were brutally handled by police after blocking a street in Wroclaw. They
have been holding actions since Tuesday because salaries haven't been paid
to nurses. 8 people from the hospital are on hunger strike.
At the action, police attacked protestors, which included some anarchists
and other supporters of the nurses. 11 people were hospitalized - 2 people
from FA. These two are probably going to have a court case for...

Parlare di scienza come un qualcosa di puro e al
servizio dell'umanita' e' quanto meno una chimera,
soprattutto se ci si riferisce alla scienza medica.
Infatti, anche e proprio questa non e' che un connubio
tra potere (medico e non solo) e business
(farmaceutico e non solo). Oggi la medicina e'
intoccabile, gode della massima credibilita' e
fiducia, ha un potere immenso che la rende pressoche'

Die TeilnehmerInnenzahlen erreichten die Hoehe von 40.000 Leuten. Die
VeranstalterInnen hatten mit 35.000 gerechnet. Als Folge des Andrangs wurde
zeitweise das Forte, wo die Konferenz und ein Teil der vielen Workshops
stattfanden, geschlossen.
Die Beteiligung an den Gegenaktivitaeten war hingegen sehr mager und
verteilte sich auf die A-Szene rund um das Buero der MAF (Movimento
Anarchico Fiorentino) im Zentrum, das unabhaengige Mediencenter rund um
