Appello per una riunione di preparazione
11.000 nuove celle sono attualmente in costruzione in Francia.
Contrariamente a quanto ci è stato fatto credere gli svariati programmi di
costruzione di nuove prigioni non sono mai serviti a rimpiazzare le carceri
vecchie e fatiscenti, ma sempre e solo a rinchiudere un maggior numero di
persone.
11.000 nuove celle, daranno la possibilità di rinchiudere 30.000 persone in
più e di porre sotto tutela giud...

Kendisiyle yapılan görüşmede yol boyunca sol elinden yatağa kelepçeli olarak
getirildiğini (uyurken döndüğü yöne göre kelepçeyi değiştiriliyormuş) ve
