 Antes de tomar declaración a los cuatro detenidos el juez ha estado varias horas reunido con el jefe de la Brigada de Información de la Policía Española. Tras tres días en comisaría el juzgado número 4 ha decretado que la casa ocupada Malas Pulgas era una “asociación ilícita organizada, con una corriente anarquista partidaria del sabotaje y los actos de violencia”, por lo que ha decretado prisión para los jóvenes. 
 Los cuatro jóvenes okupas que llevan tres días detenidos en València han sido enviados a prisión sin fianza por orden del juez Luis Francisco de Jorge Mesas. El juzgado de instrucción número 4 les acusa de asociación ilícita y desordenes, por lo que les pide penas de dos a cuatro años, y a dos de ellos les acusa además de lesiones terroristas por lo que les pide de 10 a 15 años de prisión. Hasta ayer, las acusaciones eran de desordenes, daños y lesiones. 
 El juez Luis Francisco de Jorge Mesas ha decretado el ingreso en prisión de los cuatro jóvenes detenidos el lunes en Valènica que han declarado tras estar tres días incomunicados en los que se ha negado la información sobre su situación a familiares y abogados. Por el momento, el sumario se mantiene en secreto lo que dificulta las tareas de la defensa. 
 Los abogados han comprobado que el juez posee un amplio dossier, lo que hace pensar que la campaña policial contra el movimiento de ocupación llevaba meses en marcha y que había un seguimiento muy claro de personas y centros sociales. 
 Antes de tomar declaración a los detenidos, el juez ha estado reunido durante varias horas con el jefe de la Brigada de Información de la Policía Española. Según el auto de ingreso en prisión “en el centro social Malas Pulgas existe una corriente anarquista partidaria del sabotaje y los actos de violencia” que según la orden la casa ocupa es una organización “ con presidente, tesorero, etc.”. El juez todavía está valorando si inhibirse del juzgado de instrucción de València y pasar el caso a la Audiencia Nacional de Madrid. 
 Durante los tres días que han estado en comisaría los detenidos dicen haber pasado hambre, dos de ellos presentaban contusiones que recibieron antes de ser detenidos y no fueron llevados al hospital. El juez denegó el Habeas Corpus que los familiares pidieron para los jóvenes y familiares y amigos, que han sido agredidos e identificados por la policía cada vez que intentaban congregarse en la puerta de los juzgados. Los detenidos han denunciado a los abogados haber recibido amenazas tales como: “cuando nos veamos en la calle te vamos a meter un tiro” y similares. 
 Se ha convocado una manifestación para el 25 de octubre a las 18:00h de la tarde para protestar por los montajes policiales y judiciales que se están produciendo en València en la última semana.

Who was it that said a week is a short time in politics?
 For those of us used to the quagmire that is the ?peace process?, recent shenanigans in the north come as no surprise. How can it be otherwise when sectarianism itself, at
 the heart of all this mess, is enshrined in the Good Friday Agreement itself? So the IRA has an ?alleged? spy ring in the Northern Ireland Office, (as if the UDA etc?were
 never handed the odd document now and again!) and so, by extension, Sinn Fein can no longer be trusted. As a result, the Assembly will be suspended (to save it from
 collapse), we?ll wait a few months, and then the merry-go-round will start again. 
 Men in suits
 But maybe not. In the last few years, the electoral politics of the north have shifted greatly. The anti-agreement DUP have steadily increased its share of the vote. Five
 MPs in the last general election to the UUP?s six, while at a local level they have narrowed the gap on their Unionist rivals to just two percent (UUP 23%: DUP 21%). 
 Meanwhile the pro-agreement PUP have also lost considerably ground to the DUP in recent months, and is unlikely to survive at all. Its own warped socialist rhetoric, a
