It?s 3:00am GMT, Wednesday October 16th 2002, some tired and
 slightly drunk Glaswegians are trying to vandalise a McDonalds
 restaurant.  Unremarkable, except that these are McDonalds own
 employees and at the very same time on the other side of the world, in
 New Zealand they?re attempting a strike, and the leaflets are reaching
 workers in Australia?
 Now it?s lunchtime in Europe and, for a time, eight McDonalds can?t
 function because the staff are no longer prepared to sacrifice
 themselves obediently to the McProfit machine.  Then they walked out

Je me souviens de ces collégiens, perdus, colères, place du capitole, le
 soir du premier tour. Ils parlaient de fascisme, de nazi, de liberté en
 danger, de borgne infâme.
 Déjà, on entendait de-ci de-là quelques bonnes âmes cocardières en appeler
 aux urnes au nom de la démocratie. Je me souviens des premières manifs
 d'entre deux tours, avec les drapeaux de la LCR et d'ATTAC qui pointaient
 leurs looks de fanions du scoutisme de gauche. Ça crachait dur sur
 l'abstention, sur "ce peuple d'irresponsables" qui oubliait de faire son
 devoir civique, qui pissait sur le sang versé par nos grands-parents pour
 acquérir le droit de vote.

La piazza aperta contro la guerra che doveva svolgersi sabato in
 piazza della borsa è stata spostata in piazza goldoni perchè
 ieri pomeriggio il comune ha negato la piazza (senza alcuna
 motivazione) al compagno che aveva fatto la notifica.
 Per motivi tecnici i compagni hanno deciso dii cambiare piazza,
 per garantire comunque lo svolgimento dell'iniziativa.
 Siccome questa è la seconda volta in 6 mesi che il comune nega
 ai compagni anarchici delle piazze (era già successo il primo
 maggio dove però ignorando il divieto avevamo fatto il banchetto
 lo stesso) prossimamente decideremo come rispondere a questa

 Ottobre. I fatti: la CGIL dà indicazione di effettuare solo un
 comizio (per la prima volta rinuncia al corteo), per giunta in
 una piccola piazza cittadina.
 I sindacati di Base (RdB, USI-AIT, Conf. Cobas, Sincobas) con
 largo lasso di tempo richiedono il percorso per un corteo nel
