Le collectif  « Le Boulet » présente : un nouveau lieu d’habitation collective, créatif et actif.
 Depuis quelques jours , nous, un groupe de personnes d’origines et de milieux différent : étudiants, chômeurs, artistes et autre intermutants du spectacle avons investi les bâtiments situés aux 23-25 rue du Boulet dans le centre de Bruxelles. En raison de nos moyens précaires de subsistance, nous avions besoin d’espace pour nous loger et développer nos projets, tant politiques, artistiques que de vie collective.
 Les bâtiments que nous avons investis appartiennent à la société Sofidev. Ces bâtiments voués au pourrissement de par la volonté du propriétaire (arrachage de tuyaux, des radiateurs, fenêtres laissées ouvertes…) sont néanmoins tout à fait viables. Alors que les besoin en logement à loyer abordables sont important, certaines sociétés, avec l’accord des autorités communales, pratiques des politiques de spéculation immobilière en expropriant les habitants des quartiers bruxellois pour élever  le niveau financier et social du centre ville (magasins de luxe et logement à loyer élever).
 En réaction à cela, nous avons la volonté de redonner vie à ces lieux inoccupés, en les réaménagements pour y loger et  y développer des activités non lucratives :
 - des locaux de répétition insonorisés pour des projets de théâtre, musique et danse.
 - des activités politiques et culturelles, dans une logique d’échange et en dehors des rapports marchands traditionnels ( infothèque : diffusion et partage de savoirs à travers des brochures et des fanzines, projections vidéos, rencontres et discussions, auberges espagnoles épisodiques).

Diffusons ! vient de sortir deux nouvelles petites brochures (12 pages A6) :
 * Qu'est-ce qu'une free party ?
 Extrait de l'introduction : « Il existe un esprit free parties : celui du refus de la société de consommation, qui nous impose jusqu'à nos loisirs et nous vends des idées toutes faites à coups de pubs et de slogans.
 La fête ne dois pas devenir un produit marchand. 
 Les free parties sont considérées comme hors la loi (jusqu'à 1 an de prison et 100 000 francs d'amende pour un-e simple participant-e) et l'état a engagé une véritable répression guerrière.
 Depuis le 26 avril 2001 les rassemblements tekno alternatifs (non autorisés) sont sous le coup d'une loi visant à détruire le mouvement dans son ensemble.
 Ainsi cette loi donne-t-elle le droit de saisir le matériel des sound system pris en flagrant délit de... déranger le/la bourgeois-e (ce qui prouve qu'auparavant ces actes étaient illégaux) !!!
 Sous couvert d'absence d'autorisation, de non possession de licence permettant la vente de boissons alcoolisées, de bruit  intempestif nuisible pour le voisinage, c'est tout un mouvement qui se retrouve accusé et rejeté un peu plus encore en marge de cette société capitaliste et dictatoriale.
 Nous ne sommes pas des produits de consommation et nous avons le droit et le pouvoir de conduire nos vies comme nous le voulons, même si l'état patriarcal nous en empêche.
 Les free parties et teknivals ne seront que ce que nous en ferons !!!

As we go to press the City Council has commenced their
 next step in the war against the people of Dublin by
 issuing 4 summonses to members of the campaign in
 Finglas. These people are due to appear in court on the
 20th of September in the old Richmond Hospital on
 North Brunswick Street.
 The anti-bin tax campaign, is of course, supporting the
 defendants with legal representation as well as a sizable
 demonstration outside the courthouse starting at 10.00am.
