of repression arrested more than 19,000 protesters, either in the street or at 
home. Several political prisoners have lost their lives under atrocious torture. 
The judiciary has not been idle either and has organized completely unfair and 
summary trials. There have already been four executions by hanging: Mohsen 
Shekari, 23, on December 8, Majidreza Rahnavard, 23, on December 12, Mohammad 
Mehdi Karami, 22, and Mohammad Hosseini, 22, on January 7.
At dawn on January 9 two other executions were scheduled against Mohammad 
Boroughani and Mohammad Ghobadlou. But, following the call of Ghobadlou's mother, 
a night rally was held in front of the prison. The judiciary has announced that 
Boroughani's execution is not on the agenda, but that the regime can execute 
Ghobadlou at any time.
The list of political prisoners arrested in the current movement in Iran and 
sentenced to death included 22 names as of January 10.

MEPs have sponsored or sponsored political prisoners in Iran. Clémentine Autin

Thus 26% of executions in 2022 concern Sistan-Baluchistan, while the Baluchis 
constitute only 5% of the population in Iran.

The Anarchist Federation condemns the repression of the revolutionary movement in 
Iran.
It demands the immediate cancellation of all death sentences pronounced, both 
against political prisoners and prisoners of common law.
The death penalty is a state crime.

the women and men of Iran who struggle for freedom and equality.
It salutes the memory of all the women and all the men who fell for their 
emancipation, in the streets and on the firing squads in Iran.
