Through a hundred or so definitions of theoretical, ideological or practical
terms, this book subjects society to the test of social criticism. -----
"Capitalism is a system of inequality where a small group of people get richer
and richer while poverty and hunger threaten other people." ----
"Hunger : [...]In capitalism, the land does not belong to those who could grow
cereals, vegetables and fruits, but to those who have enough money to pay it."
---- "Fascism: [...]During stock market crashes and economic crises, capitalism
needs violence and fascism to maintain control of society." ---- "Government : it
is the institution based on the belief of adults of an authoritarian leader to
make decisions for them."
"Police: [...]They uphold the privileges of the most powerful and enforce the law
harshly for others."
" Political party : it is a group of privileged people who seek to take control
of the government by deceiving people. These people make promises they won't
keep. They allow capitalism and the oppressors to continue their domination by
making adults believe that there is nothing else to do but vote for one of the
political parties in the elections.»
Of course, alongside these observations, a counter-project is also proposed,
drawn through the definitions of barricade, assembly, cooperation, self-managed
social center, social ecology, mutual aid, strike, rebellion...
This book will answer questions or initiate discussions. A tool that is certainly
useful for debating with the family, in class, in the workshop.
