Dear Micro-power broadcasters and independent radio producers,

I am writing on behalf of the A-Infos Radio Project and the
International Media Collective. We are in the process of creating a
sound archive on the World Wide Web. Our purpose is enable
broadcasters to put tapes of their broadcasts on the Web so others can
have access to them, trade programs, and get broadcastable news on
tape from all over the world.

Right now, we are testing various types of software to see what will
work best for the maximum number of people. We would like to know what
would work best for you, so would you take a few moments to answer
some questions for us:

1) Do you have a computer with sound capability or can you get access
to one?

2) What model of computer would you be using?(for example: 486 PC,
Macintosh, etc.)

3) What type of operating system software does it have? (for example:
DOS, Windows95, Linux)

4) Would you be interesting in participating, even if you don't have a

5) If you have a computer, would you be willing to help others who
don't to participate?

6) Any other comments?
