Algunes consideracions al respecte: ---- La CGT, seguint els acords de congrés*, 
des del 2013, apostem per una renda garantida universal, com a eina per al 
repartiment de la riquesa i la reducció de les desigualtats. Reivindiquem el dret 
a una renda suficient per a la subsistència per a totes les persones, per tant 
individual. Sense condicions ni contrapartides, per tant universal. ---- Un 
ingrés mínim que et permeti viure per sobre del llindar de la pobresa, pot 
contribuir a que les persones sotmeses a treballs precaris, degradants o 
insalubres, perdin la por al xantatge de seguir en aquests treballs o passar 
penúries, gana o perdre el sostre on habiten. Un ingrés mínim pot fer de caixa de 
resistència indirecta davant vagues o conflictes on el xantatge econòmic també és 
clau.
Creiem que al Pla Pilot tot i comptar amb grans professionals dins els diferents 
comitès, li falta pressupost (50M). Seria necessari més pressupost per tal de que 
el nombre de persones que rebin la RBU durant el Pla Pilot (5.000) sigui més 
ampli i així poder fer-ne un anàlisi més acurat per part del comitè científic.
Creiem que tan des de Presidència com des dels mitjans de comunicació s'està 
silenciant el projecte. Creiem que es oportú que la gent sigui coneixedora de la 
proposta de la RBU per tal que des de la societat civil es pugui condicionar i 
forçar als governs de torn present i futurs per a que tiri endavant la proposta 
de RBU amb pressupost i condicions òptimes per a la reducció dràstica de la 
pobresa i les desigualtats.
LA CGT de Catalunya es compromet a seguir reivindicant la validesa d'una RBU i 
lluitant per a que la seva aplicació es faci efectiva quan abans millor.

La CGT acuerda asumir la Renta Básica de las Iguales como una herramienta válida 
para la transformación social y el reparto efectivo de la riqueza. Reivindicamos 
el derecho a una renta suficiente de subsistencia para todas las personas (por 
tanto individual y universal), sin condiciones (ni contrapartidas) y en cuantía 
suficiente, de forma que permita la autonomía de las de abajo. (Acuerdos XVII

La RBis es una herramienta más dentro de un largo camino de luchas contra el 
capital protagonizadas desde abajo, una propuesta transformadora porque rompe con 
la lógica capitalista y lleva la impronta libertaria por cuanto busca eliminar la 
desigualdad como base para una sociedad de iguales, porque distribuye la riqueza 
fuera de las lógicas del empleo y la explotación, porque establece un recorrido 
basado en la acción directa de quienes sufrimos al sistema y reclamamos el 
derecho a una vida digna y porque se organiza desde la horizontalidad y la 
búsqueda de soluciones colectivas a p

La Renta Básica de las Iguales (RBis), autonomía para las de abajo

Se trata de un derecho individual a diferencia de la mayoría de las ayudas que 
están destinadas a la unidad familiar. En este sentido está dirigida a la 
emancipación de las personas, con sus necesarias implicaciones en la igualdad de 
género o la autonomía de la juventud.
Hablamos de un derecho universal por cuanto cualquier persona que viva en el 
lugar tiene derecho a percibirla, sin ninguna otra limitación. Esta condición nos 
iguala a todas respecto a este derecho y facilita la tramitación de la RBis, 
eliminando burocracia innecesaria, la fiscalización de la esfera privada por 
parte de los servicios sociales, la culpabilización de las gentes desempleadas y 
la criminalización de la pobreza.
Es un derecho incondicional que no requiere de ningún requisito ni 
contraprestación, tampoco son necesarias la búsqueda activa de empleo y otras 
políticas de reinserción' destinadas a ejercer de contención social y situar a 
las personas empobrecidas como objeto de intervención del Estado y el capital.
El importe es el suficiente para satisfacer las necesidades básicas y se fija en 
el equivalente al umbral de la pobreza (calculado como el 50% de la renta per

Why the Basic Income of Equals?

The crisis has accentuated exploitation, all measures, laws and reforms are aimed 
at transferring income from work to capital, through corporate profit, the 
privatization of the public and the financial system, tireless devourers of 
resources with the complicity of the State.

Employment is seen as an insoluble problem from the capitalist point of view, the 
system itself seems incapable of absorbing more labor, while a serious debate is 
urgently needed on the myth of growth and the importance of drastically reducing 
industrial production, particularly the most polluting, unnecessary or 
detrimental to sustaining life, we are talking about millions of useless jobs and 
the manifest impossibility of achieving full employment.

On the other hand, work is a diverse reality, by no means univocal: compared to 
the conception of the primacy of paid work (or employment), we find many other 
realities that are considerable as work, on which what some authors group under 
the name of work stands out. "care work", mostly carried out by women. This work, 
like the rest of the jobs considered 'non-productive' by the system, do not 
receive compensation in the form of a salary, despite the fact that without them 
the labor required and sustained by capitalism and the State would not be 
reproduced, or as Kropotkin would say, individual work is the consequence of the 
previous and present work of the whole society.

For Bakunin, selling labor power is not a free transaction. People must achieve 
autonomy from capital. Those that live off their ability to offer labor power 
must stop depending on those that live off the labor power of others. As long as 
a minority is granted the ability to create jobs and, in this way, control the 
income that reaches people, there will be no possibility of improving the lives 
of the vast majority of people. In capitalism to continue asking for work 
(salaried) or employment is to continue depending on the privileged minority who 
live at the expense of the exploitation of others. If we want to advance social 
justice and people's freedom, we must think of wealth distribution mechanisms 
that do not depend on the labor market, that do not depend on any market. We 
demand a right (the BIs) that must be financed through taxes on between the 
benefit of capital and profit and thus put an end to capitalist accumulation.
