THE PATRIARCHY IS AUTHORITY AND THE AUTHORITY KILLS
Of the Dead Sister
Well my sister,
get out of bed,
get out of the house,
it's time.
Leave for a while the children,
and those that you
gave birth to with pain
and those that you did not catch yet.
It's time to get up, sister .

Do not go to church, do
not confess, do
not take the road silently to the slope
of the dead.
Get up, dead sister,
and come and meet me.

Take the fire lamp, cut the culprit's phallus and go.
Down the street and screamed.
Watch the carriage, sister, waiting for you
and lift the dress.
Do not get dirty, do not stain and they will misunderstand you.
And those who rinse
you first are also waiting.
They will say about your dresses - about your soul.

But you with a fire lamp
cut their lie in two
and go.
Kneel in front of the dead
and lift them too.
In a new land flowery and fragrant,
let
the satiated smell go away and let
the silence not defeat
the murdered one.

So get up, my sister, on time.

The killer of the heinous crime in Glyka Nera confessed yesterday. After a whole campaign of unbridled propaganda of the media and various politicians against immigrants, about extreme and uncontrolled immigration and imported crime, it finally turned out what many suspected from the beginning, the murderer was her husband. pilot.

Just a few months after the publication of dozens of public complaints concerning sexual harassment or abuse, at the same time as others concerning workplace abuse in the fields of art and sports, he just managed to "forget" the cover-up of the scandal with the pedophile for his involvement in a child prostitution ring, just a few days after the publication of the murder and the abandonment of Dimitra, another patriarchal murder is added to the long list of murdered.

And this time, the media that always smells of blood and enters through the keyhole for a little more viewing, a few more clicks, worked as a continuation of the mechanisms of the state and capital that attack the plebeian strata in order to deepen the spread of racism and sexist discourse and to strengthen social emphasis. The social life of the victim and his sexual choices are put under the microscope, in order for the verdict to come out. So they engaged in an endless and ruthless campaign of hatred, all convinced that the perpetrators were immigrants, criminals, people on the margins. It was inconceivable that for us that state patriarchal violence is inscribed on our bodies every day, it was a given: patriarchy kills.

Patriarchy is a cornerstone of capitalism and has been used for its consolidation but also for its social reproduction. It is a constant reminder that based on our feminine nature or our sexuality we can become objects of oppression at any time. In a patriarchal society, the social legitimacy of gender-based violence is crystallized either in the acceptance of oppressive-authoritarian behaviors or in the mitigation of excuses for such incidents, from sexual harassment to rape and murder. All forms of harassment and abuse are expressions of power relations. In fact, the vast majority of them are imprints of organized and hierarchical relations of inequality of social, political, economic or cultural power. The only rare exceptions to this straight line are the rare cases where someone from the masses adopts criminal behavior, for example if an immigrant sexually assaults a native, temporarily reversing (but equally torturous for the victim) the social status quo. , just to emphasize that a woman can always be a target of sexual assault under any circumstances. These kinds of incidents that sometimes concern police reporting, however, seem to be a fraction of all the cases of abuse that, as expected, are produced at a heavy industry rate by the established power relations. where one of the masses of the unmarried adopts criminal behavior, for example if an immigrant sexually assaults a native, temporarily reversing (but equally torturous for the victim) the social status quo, only to emphasize that the woman can always be, under any circumstances the target of sexual assault. We know very well that patriarchy is another form of oppression, which is not separate from the rest we accept but stems from the structure of the dominant system. The struggle of women for their liberation from the shackles of patriarchy can only be an integral part of the overall struggle for the overthrow of state and capitalist coercion. We realize that patriarchy as an authoritarian system and gender-based violence as a result cannot be "annihilated" without overthrowing all the authoritarian systems that anchor our lives. Gender-based violence is not separate from the rest of the oppression we receive due to nationality, social class, etc., but stems from the structure of the dominant state-capitalist system.

We, as activists, as anarchists and as women, organize and collectivize against whatever oppresses us. We draw inspiration from the struggles that are raging around the world, from the Zapatistries in the mountains of Mexico and the Rojava fighters, to the women of Poland and our sisters in Turkey who are fighting against the imposition of state policies on their bodies. Hand in hand, side by side, on the street we break the terror that the state and its uniformed agents are trying to impose on us. We meet them with a raised fist and a look of solidarity, which fills us with the determination to destroy all forms of human-to-human exploitation and to shout with our sisters around the world that no murder or abuse will go unanswered. that quarantine cannot impose silence because our collective voice can break all shackles and break down all walls. To shout that no woman who fights is alone and we will all fight together until we manage to make the flame, fire and systematically burn the rotten authoritarian patriarchal system. Until we make a world where no one will be left behind and none of us, a world that will fit all the worlds inside.

DEALING WITH SEXUAL VIOLENCE PASSES THROUGH THE STRUGGLE FOR WOMEN'S HANDLING, AGAINST THE STATE, CAPITAL AND ANY FORM OF POWER
