(en) Greece, protaanka: Response from the strike of 10/6 and the clash with the SYRIZA bloc

Date Mon, 21 Jun 2021 10:01:24 +0300

On Thursday, June 10, strikes and demonstrations took place throughout Greece as part of a 24-hour general strike announced by the sold-out leaders of the employers' union. An ash strike in the eyes of the workers, in the direction of relaxation and not of preparation, in view of the passage of the defeated Hatzidakis anti-labor bill. ---- A denervated demonstration took place in Athens, completely inconsistent with the controversy and the seriousness of the bill: without militancy, without pulse, without mass. The demonstration turned into a fiesta of party mechanisms with the participation of memorandum parties-slaughterers of workers (SYRIZA-KINAL) and a parade of bureaucratic trade unionism. All this bunch of aspiring manipulators and mediators of the labor movement not only dared to appear in a class demonstration, but also managed to largely cap it.

The outgoing ruling party gathered in Klafthmonos Square early in the presence of former Prime Minister Tsipras, who placed the pre-rallies in Chafteia in the "queue". In fact, the demonstration from Chafteia was delayed for a long time to start due to the occupation of the Stadium by the former cybercoins. A little further back were the split tails of SYRIZA, those who left MERA25 led by the voter (by letter vote) of the 3rd memorandum Varoufakis and LAE. In front of everyone, at the "head" in the Constitution were the forces of PAME.

The participation of the former ruling party in the demonstration and the tacit acceptance of this treaty confirms that the doors for "second assimilation" are wide open. It proves the criminal complicity of the "anti-right fronts" and exposes the intentions of those who speak of the need for "the fall of the government": not in favor of a revolutionary overthrow but in favor of SYRIZA. The political responsibility for this complicity, the political responsibility for what a new SYRIZA government will undertake to "execute" in the future when the N.D. she will not be able to bathe her.

The presence of SYRIZA in the mobilizations against the anti-labor bill is a shameful condition for the people and the working class that suffered during 4.5 years of governing the memorandum formation a massive and unprecedented bloodshed and economic plunder for the benefit of "capital" and "security" the crisis. It's a huge joke. It is also a shameful condition for the organized labor movement and its actors who received multiple blows to the trade union rights and the strike during the term of SYRIZA. It is shameful for all the reasons of the world the existence of regimes in a class-strike demonstration.

As an Initiative of Anarchists Agioi Anargyroi - Kamatero in the days before the strike we discussed with other comrades the prospect of forming an anarchist bloc, with due discretion (and aggression) towards former rulers and aspiring popular dynasties and with the which is appropriate and imperative at this juncture. However, the negative assessments of the mass nature and the characteristics that the demonstrations will take in combination with the lack of preparation for such a bloc, led us to the decision to move propagandistically and interventionistically and to focus on the day of the abortion vote.

Finally we opened a small banner with the slogan "The dead of Chicago demand justice - The only solution is the Social Revolution" for some time behind the non-bureaucratic and partisan unions and in support of them, considering that in this correlation we can not we are represented nowhere else.

At the end of the demonstration, a small group of our comrades remained at the Syntagma to hang the banner with which we marched. At that moment, the bloc of the former ruling party was coming, staffed by MPs, former ministers and former Prime Minister Tsipras, marching in the right lane of Queen Amalia. In the other lane, he passed the Rosinade block, side by side with the cyberclinic block.

Our comrades immobilized the SYRIZA van that was at the head of the block with the loudspeakers, dismantled the microphones which were then fired at the guarding of the syriz-block and interrupted the speeches and slogans that were dictated. Suddenly the guarding of the memoranda attempted to attack, followed by a brief skirmish from which they withdrew counting only losses and failing to cause even the slightest scratch to our comrades.

A little while later, a person who had earlier come out of the SYRIZA bloc to defend the party equipment, followed our comrades and protested against the blow he received, claiming that he was "a mere sound engineer". Even if his claim was true, the blow he received was the result of his own attitude and not the product of "indiscriminate violence", "excessive intensity of the moment" or any other motive that has nothing to do with the values of the politician. our shape. The specific one had moved aggressively, surrounded by many SYRIZA flag bearers and was hit due to his own attitude in the events.

After all, the reappearance of the "simple sound engineer" to "ask for explanations" was again framed by SYRIZA executives who on the one hand immediately asked in surprise "why did you hit him" and on the other dared to call us "security guards" (sic ). This happened inside the APO block with which we accidentally crossed paths at the University immediately after the clash. That is why it was no longer our responsibility to open any "front" within another bloc. We responded to the insults of the cybercriminals, we informed them that they would be crushed whenever they dared to take to the streets, but we did not hit them again. Anyone can easily understand what would happen in a new round of conflict with the party members of SYRIZA, which this time would not be conducted with a numerical correlation of 100 vs. 5 but almost equal.

We will reiterate our firm and firm position that no struggle can be successful and truly "from below" unless it is politically guarded by would-be swindlers and "electoral" mediators. No struggle will pave the way for the revolutionary perspective if capitalism is left at the ballot box. No alliance with the left (social democratic, communist, "extreme left") will favor the working class and the lower social strata. No alliance with the left will strengthen the anarchist movement, as it has never in history.

In conclusion. There are a few days until the anti-labor abortion is voted. It is up to us to propagate, to prepare, to organize a day of dynamic battle and struggle and not to let the voting day be marked by party festivals. To respond to the new attack of the state and capital in the way it deserves and the way they are afraid. As old Kropotkin would say:

With the fire, with the pen, with the ax and the pistol, that which does not belong to civil law belongs to us.
