The Anarchist Federation (AF) invites anarchists and anarchists, as well as
free-spirited people and collectives working on anti-authoritarian principles, to
a May Day picnic. ---- PRAGUE, Strelecký ostrov ---- Saturday 1 May, from 11.00
---- We decided not to plan any marches, but only a smaller meeting, where we
could meet again after a long time and have time to have informal fun. ---- This
year's motto of the traditional anarchist meeting is the memory of the victims of
saving the profits of industry (2020-1) and the struggle for eight-hour working
hours (1886). But we will not just remind the dead, because anarchy is a
celebration of life. And this is best done as a well-entertaining free community
of equal individuals.

The covid-19 pandemic is far from over. Even if we meet outside, it is necessary
to take care of your health and also respect the health of your friends and
participate in creating a safe space. We rely on a responsible approach by
everyone, which should be a matter of course, no matter what hypocritical
government regulations require.
Refreshments and distribution of anarchist publications will be available on
site, including a fresh issue of Existence magazine , dedicated to Petr Kropotkin.
May Day as a legacy of struggles for better living and working conditions, as
well as for a society without oppression and exploitation, can be commemorated by
everyone in their region, for example in graffiti, by posting a themed banner or
