hi people.  since leiden [European-]pga conference,
thre was supposed to be a [European-]pga infopoint contact list available on the web,
but since leiden, as far as i know, we only have a list of emails of people
who didn't confirm they wanted to start an infoshop or not. So i would find
it nice for people to give a look at the leiden process points (below) see
if they feel like being an infopoint, and send a few words to confirm and
say who they are and send it on the pga_europe_process@squat.net list. It
would also be really usefull if all people who want to get involved as
infopoints and / or take part to [European-]pga process work (lists, web, european and
global conference organization, in-between meetings and general pga dynamic
and contact work) subscribe to the [European-]pga process list (subscribe on the
pgaconference.org website).

I really think this network needs much more decentralized
involvment and some real concrete work from various collectives and individuals all
around Europe. Presently, we can even see great diffculties to get enough
people involved with the preparation of the next [European-]pga conference in belgrade.
we were supposed to have a preparatory meeting in belgrade on the 4,5 and 6
of october but are wondering if it's wise to start organizing such an event
(given also the specific serbian situation) if there are not more groups
getting involved (at the moment it's only mainly a few people from
eurodusnie/nederlands, sans-titre/france, dsm/belgrade and individuals from
croetia)

process list or in belgrade.

I Infopoints

    1. Groups that endorse the PGA hallmarks are called upon to take on work
as PGA 'infopoints' which means they spread information on PGA in their
local movement. Infopoints can be physical spaces as well as just (digital)
contacts.
    2. These groups are not labelled as 'PGA' groups but are already existing
groups that want to do PGA activities next to their other activities.
    3. These infopoints can organise regional meetings inspired by PGA. They
can also start autonomous regional initiatives (not labelled 'PGA'). There
is no representative structure from the regional to the European or Global
PGA conferences.
    4. Infopoints cannot represent PGA, nor are they members of PGA, they are
autonomous initiatives to spread information.
    5. The infopoints can be started autonomously, so consensus for their
formation does not have to be reached at the European plenary. Infopoints
that violate the hallmarks and principles of PGA will be noticed, and other
infopoints and convenors can decide to no longer work with them (i.e. they
are no longer part of the process).
    6. At every conference there will be an open meeting of infopoints where
groups that want to become an infopoint can introduce themselves and get to
know the other groups involved.
