These year our 1 of May demo in Sofia was in the garden
near the bulgarian parliament. We was about 30 anarchists
from our group AnarchoResistance (AnarhoSaprotiva) and
members of Bulgarian Anarchist Federation (FAB). We was
with a banner and black and red&black flags. On the banner
was written "1 of May - Direct Action Not Politics". We
handed out leaflets and our newspapers "AnarchoResistance"
and "Free Thought" ("Svobodna Misal"). Passerbies was
interested. There was a picture of our demo in one of main
bulgarian newspapers the next day. The comment was silly,
but the text of our banner was visible.

Anarchists from Thessaloniki from Antiauthoritarian
Movement Salonica 2003 (http://www.resistance2003.gr) also
took part in our action.

P.S. We also made 2 antiwar demnstrations together with
other groups (leftists and environmentalists). First was on
23.III.2003 and second on 31.III.2003. About 500 young
people took participation in each of them. You can see some

I know these news was outdated, but...

P.P.S. I don't know if anyone cares about, but FYI the
address of FAB (Bulgarian Anarchist Federaion) was changed.
The old adrress is also valid till the end of this year,
but after that only the new address will be correct. The
new postal address is:

Sofia 1220, p.k. 59
Bulgaria

Our group AnarchoResistance (AnarchoSaprotiva) use the same
postal address. Just add "for AS".
