Dear subscribers,

Due to recent reductions in the capacity of free Hotmail
mailboxes - their small size, and the reduction of accessibility
for incoming posts, these mailboxes are often unreachable. 

Apart from obvious communication difficulties, this also creates
a huge amount of work resulting from our inundation with bounced
posts.

Given that approximately 15% of our subscribers use Hotmail, 
it also reduces the effectiveness of our news service.

Subscribers with these accounts might consider changing to one
of the many other free accounts with larger capacities and
better accessibility.

Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated!
