We [the Comisión de Relaciones Anarquistas - CRA - and
the newspaper El Libertario, from Venezuela] are very
pleased to announce the release of the updated Latin
American Anarchist Directory, with basic data and contact
information for 130 spanish/portuguese/french-speaking
libertarian groups and initiatives currently active in the
American continent. The Directory is being sent to all groups
who contributed their data, but we want to add information
about many more anarchist collectives currently active in
Latin America, hoping for a third, more complete installment
due to 2004. We ask everybody to join the project, which is a
first step to create a generic reference about the libertarian
scene in the continent. For more information, send e-mail
(preferably in spanish or portuguese) to
<mendezn@camelot.rect.ucv.ve>.
We are also distributing the updated versión of the
complete listing of anarchist websites in spanish, with 713
websites about anarchism and related issues (including 274
in Latin America and 341 in Europe). You can ask for it at
<mendezn@camelot.rect.ucv.ve>.
