maybe i missed something, but i believe the date below, is when this was 
written - date for camp not released yet ?

09.Apr.03 - the camp will have three thematic main focuses:
1. control: international organisation of migration (iom), 
ausländerzentralregister in köln, racist police controlls, etc. 

2. utilisation and labour: illegalized employment, infomal sector, new 
immigration law, forced labour in national socialism ('3. reich'), etc. 

3. detention and deterrence: deportation.class-campaign, detention prisons, 
ordinary prisons (which are basis for detentions as well), 'lager' and 'lager'-
industry, refugee homes (containerships) in köln, police brutality, etc. 

concerning practical actions we have made a few dicisions as well: the main 
action-events outside of köln will be the detention-airport in düsseldort (+ 
bonn/köln), the german headquarter of the international organisation of 
migration in bonn and the women's detention prison in neuss. in köln we are 
going to concentrate on the ausländerzentralregister, the refugee homes 
(ships), the lufthansa and the main station (as an important place of racist 
police controls).

those are the main focuses we have agreed on so far - of course further issues 
will be welcome! in other words: the noborder-camp has come to the conclusion 
to promote the shift in anti-racism as well which has been allready made by 
kein mensch is illegal - to link antiracism more with economical issues again! 
probablely there will be enough space to discuss this and other questions much 
more in detail on the 3-days opening-conference of the camp.

eventually we have decided to mobilize for the camp in any case on an 
international scale (as a continuation of strassbourg). therefore we are going 
to have a mobilisation-paper in several languages latest in 4-weeks time.
