Drage/i prijateljice i prijatelji,

Dear friends,

we would like to 
inform you that, 
because of martial 
law which is still 
imposed in Serbia, 
Balkan Anarcho-
syndicalist Conference 
(which was planed 
for the end of 
April) has been 
canceled. Even with 
some indications 
showing that martial 
law could be canceled 
around 25th of April 
(information in 
which we don't have 
much fate) it still 
doesn't allow us to 
prepare all the 
necessary infrastructure 
for the successful 
conference.

We feel very sorry 
because this 
happened, but the 
situation is not 
controlled by us. 
Internet mailing 
list that was made 
for organizing of 
the conference will 
still exist and it 
will be used for 
the organizing of 
the conference 
when political 
situation allows. 
Until than we 
would like to 
thank to 
numerous comrades 
from all of the 
Balkans (and 
rest of the 
world) who 
signed themselves 
for the conference. 
We are hoping that 
we will be able to 
organize conference 
later during the 
year.
