Abolishing the Borders from Below (ABB) is an anarchist courier from
Eastern Europe published bi-monthly and distributed worldwide.  
The latest issue (#8) is available now and contains interviews with
anarchists from Bulagaria, Romania, Poland, and Russia, as well as 
articles on worker strikes in Poland, updates on the Chechen war,
notes on the antimilitarist movement in Turkey, a report on Serbian 
prisons, and anti-fascist actions throughout the Eastern Bloc including
the formation of the first antifascist football hooligan group in 
Russia.  

ABB is sent airmail from Europe, then ground domestically, so the
