Neste ano de 2010, a CNT cumpre 100 anos de seu nascimento, num contexto 
muito diferente de quando nasceu. Por este motivo, gostaríamos de analisar 
e refletir sobre a trajetória que tem levado este sindicato de classe ao 
longo da história e ver que papel adquire hoje. Não há lugar a dúvidas de 
que as pessoas que formaram a CNT foram, na sua grande maioria, mulheres e 
homens com um pensamento crítico, às vezes muito avanç...

In spite of increase of state forces harassments the struggle expand. In addition to the
"regular" Bil'in, Nabi Saleh, Ni'ilin, Ma'asara, and Sheikh Jarrah, Beit Omar seems to
join the weekly schedule. Beit Jalla that seems to be less in the focus lately, got a
regional convergence this week. Jafa (annexed to Tel Aviv) had this Saturday another joint
struggle - this time around escalation in repression of Palestinian citizens by police.

Healthy victory for hospital workers ---- Hospital cleaners and other support workers have
won a clear victory in Devon. A two-day strike by 200 cleaners, porters and cooks at North
Devon hospital won them a lump sum of up to £3,600. They will also receive a salary
increase dated from 1 January 2010 and sick pay. They celebrated their victory with a
rally in Barnstaple on the 16th of January. Mark Harper, chair of the Unison branch at the

After two fare hikes in less than one year's time, Kitsap County residents have been more
than outraged. Kitsap Transit has cut routes, raised costs, and shortened service hours to
a minimum. Or, as Kitsap Transit's Service Development Director, John Clausen stated "We
