Sat 6/3 :: 12 noon :: the Level :: Brighton ---- This demonstration, organised by Brighton
and Hove Trades Union Council is billed as a “March for Jobs” – but we want more. Of

those who remain. An injury to one really is an injury to all. But we also need to stop
the cuts that take away vital services, hard-won by generations of struggle. ---- Brighton

Since Feb 15, 2010 the Olympic Tent Village has been set up at 58 West Hastings, an empty
lot owned by notorious condo developer Concord Pacific, currently being leased by VANOC as
a parking lot for the Olympics. The first few days at the Olympic Tent Village have gone

Tue Feb 23 10:17:26 GMT 2010
On February 20, 2010, 600 people marched through Berlin for more union liberties in
Germany. The FAU Berlin had called for the protest because a Berlin court barred them from
referring to themselves as a union. ---- This resulted from a year-long conflict about
working conditions at the Babylon Mitte Cinema, which is one of the Berlinale's venues.
Members of different social movements joined the protest, such as antifascists and
left-wing unionist. In her speech, Dr. Renate Hürtge...

Dear comrade, In the Serbian capital Belgrade six anarchists are facing trumped-up
“international terrorism” charges and the prospect of lengthy prison sentences arising
from some minor vandalism done to the Greek embassy. Having spent months in jail, they
were finally released yesterday (17th February) on parole, but still face serious charges.
Five of the six are members of Anarcho-Syndicalist Iniatative (ASI), the Serbian section
of the International Workers Associatio...
