Oggi 19 aprile è giunta la risposta della Cassazione, riguardo all'istanza della difesa
contro l'appello vinto dalla procura di Firenze lo scorso settembre, riguardo alla
carcerazione per Giovanni e Pasca, e le misure restrittive per Nicola. Pasca era stato
giudicato poche settimane fa (perchè al momento dell'arresto si trovava a Lecce, e quindi
in un'altra competenza territoriale), per Giovanni e Nicola la cosa si è dilungata qualche
settimana in più per questioni ...
