The red recalcitrant right prepares brought the remains of dictator Stroessner from Brazil 
for November 3rd. This initiative aims to make the celebration of the coup, red mark 
political culture and hegemony in Paraguay and also cause a moral defeat in the Paraguayan

still live dictatorship and bring back the anxiety, pain, grief, stress reliving involving 
torture, own or loved ones, disappearances, killings, robberies, exile, blacklisting, the
