We are pleased to announce the 2012 Seattle Anarchist Book Fair will be occurring the last
weekend in August, Saturday 8/25 & Sunday 8/26. It is our desire that this be a place
where comrades can come together, and where new connections can be established. We also
hope to provide a place where those unfamiliar with anarchism can learn more about the
many tendencies that come together under this broader black flag, and where our analysis
and critiques can be further sharpened. ---- Seattle has seen a lot of anarchist action
over the last twelve months, and we want this event to not only celebrate the vibrancy of
our localized resistance, but to also invite others to connect with or find out more about
just why those anarchists do what they do. ---- Publishers, and projects are invited to
contact us about tabling, and we are excited to see proposals for workshops, panels, and
speakers.
