During mobilization in solidarity with the Libertarian Socialist Movement and the Egyptian
people, the event launched calling AL, FA, CGA and the disobedience (Tunisia) brought
together 50 people from the scroll Plaza of Human Rights at the Trocadero Square Uruguay,
close to the Egyptian embassy. We thank all those present for their participation. Snow,
wind and cold have not prevent the procession with banners, flags and megaphones to
actively show our support, without borders, to the accused of Alexandria and all political
prisoners. ---- The accession to power of Mohamed Morsi, after the fall of Mubarak causes
increased repression against activists deeply involved in trade unions, in neighborhoods
and radically opposed to the Muslim Brotherhood. Police use of extreme violence in the
demonstrations, monitors, threatening, harassing people and raid activists.
The objective is clear : to silence
political opposition while the population rose against the imposition of a
tyrannical new government. Thirst for emancipation expressed in the
revolts in Cairo 2 years ago is far from being satisfied.
We support youth workers and its Egyptians that stand every day over
against the regime obscurantist, reactionary and serving the interests of
the insane god and the Egyptian bourgeoisie. We condemn the arrests and
torture of the opposition to the regime Morsi. We demand the immediate
release of the last defendant of Alexandria still locked, and all
political prisoners held in Egyptian prisons.
For immediate release and to stop proceedings against the prisoners
policies in Egypt !
