arrested in Villa Amalias through GADA*) ---- The last 24 hours the state has waged an 
unprecedented assault. The recapture of Amalia Villa reached with a new police 
intervention and arrest of everyone. After a few hours, police forces invaded and occupied 
Patission and Scaramanga Squat while the 92 arrestees referred to the Villa koukoulonomo 
(reffered to the so-called “law on hood”, part of the anti-terrorist law in Greece where 
protesters who wear hoods or masks are potential terrorists).

We are living historic moments. Let’s act accordingly. Long series of political lackeys of 
local and transnational capitalists, consisting of fascists, thiefs and lamogia (this word 
is slung, it is not translated, but means those politicians who are involved in various 
economic and other scandals) of every kind, from the far right until the so-called 
democratic left - assisted by the controlled media and para-gangs, shamelessly indulge in 
looting, oppression and terrorise the people. For their smooth success of their designs 
have been imposed by a state of emergency, which is nothing but a political dictatorship 
disguised with the rags of the parliamentary mantle. The bankrupted political system in 
order to perpetuate the miserable existence or to obtain an extension of time even in 
front of the decomposition products, wants to impose silence and subjection of the 
plebeian strata of society either by manipulation and coercion of propaganda by the media 
or by brute force and terror exercised over the people resisting the forces of repression 
of the state and the parastate gangs.

The rulers know very well how both, that the more the crisis of the capitalist edifice 
deepens and not only the resistance will be increased as well as the various venturing and 
self-managed structures from below, the more they will begin to question their dominance. 
Those in power know very well that the new poor without tomorrow and future will 
increasingly seeking ways to collective survival and must find a desert landscape.

The antiauthoritarian and self-organised nature and characteristics of the squats, 
occupations, both of housing and political character, the neighborhood assemblies, the 
horizontal citizen coordination schemes, the exchange networks and all social practices, 
the occupations in workplace, the self-management factories spread like a web in all 
cities and towns, are those which scare thesovereign because they are signs of resistance 
to existing rotten political, economic and cultural system. They are ways of organising a 
against the "logic" of profit, property, personalization and brutal competition. It is the 
collective response of people who refuse to slaughtered each other for who will survive, 
but choose the collective and self-organization as a suggestion and practice.


Unemployed, worker, housewife, student, migrant earth worker. We can no longer live as 
they want, we have to choose. Freed or "silenced". We will live free or we will sit 
"quiet, both together are not happening.
