produces the disappearance of the union in the workplace.
Today the existence of a trade-unions still strict organization in categories of permanent

status, which still exists but is no longer prevalent. The risk is to not understand how 
the spread of insecurity - both in terms of employment as the level of destruction of 
independent choices in life - to be a process where you need to go to rebuild ties of 
collective belonging, where you need food a process of recomposition of the material 
interests within an interbranch industrial union, representing the diverse contemporary 
figures working.

The industrial action activists libertarians can not be bound to a choice of

organizational and fight for every single job, since the priority is the choice of 
belonging , insertion and action within the workers as such.

In this sense it is crucial to encourage all forms of tissue reconstruction of a 
democratic trade union and anti-authoritarian that encourages full participation and 
self-determination of workers through their organizations' meeting and electives.

In this historical period fraught with difficulties of a trade union, it is recommended 
that union activists libertarians make the protagonists of the promotion and development 
of structures for coordination of local workers and other social actors, to prevent the 
"labor question" declination in his trade union and social issue is relegated to a minor
