followed the camp, and that will follow.

Issues that raise questions without really surprise
Let's entrance gatherings anarchists usually have no significance in relation to the

Editorial - Structuring struggles for enlargement essential
The traditional working class on every continent struggle today against the intolerable
conditions imposed, or even outright liquidation. Miners in South Africa, Bolivia or
Asturian, Chinese workers at Foxconn (Apple), USW Lorraine, Apulia (see article p.6) or
Piraeus, Breton sailors or Boulogne, Paris in the automotive and agri morbihanais-food, it
is impossible to count the outbreak of resistance! The credit crisis, initiated in 2007 by
the U.S. real estate via Western banks, today expands to all economic activities. Even
states with a comfortable double-digit growth suffer a downturn, which is formidable to
negotiate.
The most dramatic political consequences are known, with results sometimes sinister:
overthrow dictatorial regimes (Tunisia, Libya, Egypt) with shock waves (Syria, Mali),
aggressive rise of nationalism (Japan, China, Korea) and accelerate preparations for war
(Israel, Iran). On a smaller scale, the populations most vulnerable are hurt: Immigrants
stabbed and chased through the streets of Athens or Thessaloniki by neo-Nazis of Golden
Dawn and their deputies (!) Roma settlements burned by the inhabitants of a northern
district of Marseille and Bulgaria by the decision of the Mayor ... The strange stranger,
neighbor or simply different, becomes the scapegoat: the "anti white" Coppé responds to
custody for 16 hours established by Valls for undocumented migrants.
If the reactionaries of all stripes are the head, people are looking for a response.
Greece has experienced September 26th, his third year general strike against new budget
cuts, Spain, Indignados have tried, under the blows police encircle Parliament to hold a
Constituent Assembly always in a process very citizenist facing a power under the pressure
of claims Catalan and world bankers. The same week, a similar mobilization shook Portugal.
The major unions in these countries manage the situation for the moment, channeling anger
in symbolic days, as we experienced during the movement pensions in 2009.
The French government also prepares him to cut social spending and increase taxes for a
good part of the population. But socialists are quite clever in their communication and
every government statement deserves to look twice. For nuclear, Holland promises to stop
the Fessenheim in 2016 (by then, the price of electricity blaze and provide a good reason
for extending ...). Another smoker statement, the Minister of Economy said that only 10%
of the richest population will increase their taxes in 2013, without reporting a measure
taken by Fillon in 2011 froze the tax thresholds, making switch numerous taxpayers in the
top tax bracket (1-10% increase) by simple adjustment of wages to inflation ... All these
fakes do not prevent a meltdown accelerated the coast of Holland Ayrault in the polls. And
for good reason! The government is unable to stop the closures and rising unemployment.
The union responses are hardly up to the situation. On the occasion, we will have a
national day of action to defend workers. Already facing a moderate leftist government
power are unable to seize the opportunity of this crisis and the extent of the impasse
productivism to propose another type of production, including a review of the so-called
labor cost - financially - and introducing the notions of social utility and choice of
production.
In European countries most affected by the crisis, this questioning economism develops
slowly and diffuse lack of credible medium-term solutions. Even if the citizen discourse
and soothing attempts to integrate these analyzes, their dependents subversive is real.
Some-es to escape without a present perspective, engage in practical experiments
collective life (as in Greece, Spain or France ...), but it is rather on the basis of
affinity and outside urban centers, when the experiment is intended overtly political, as
a critical note of the current living conditions and an example of self-organization to
follow (CREA Toulouse can be considered as well), even if the initiative s proves to be
profitable for the public finances, the political cost is unbearable for the state and its
administration, which can not accept the autonomy of even a small part of the population.
Only a massive movement seems quite able to maintain and enforce its problems. The issue
of structuring struggles for enlargement rests therefore essential in the short term, for
a critique of productivism and development practice have some chance to flourish.
Nantes 29/09/12.
