Dear friends from Arm the Spirit,
> We, from Anarcho punk Action Collective in Brasil, and Anarcho Punk
Movement in Uruguay, want to inform about an Anarcho Punk International
Gathering in Montevideo, Uruguay, in january'98. We would like if you can
divulgate this message to many people as possible, but with care, to avoid
problems. It's important to emphasize the political nature of this event,
that have the finality to build forms of union and fight...and to meet
friends, have some fun, talk a lot,...at last, create a confraternization
relationship.
> We appeal to those who work with anarchists collectives,
autonomists, aquatters, free radios, animal righters, antimilitarists,
anarchosindicalists, ecologists, feminists, and all kind of libertarian
people to participate. Latin american scene will be present in mass. We
emphasize again the importance of the participation of not only anarcho
punx, we must to globalize the resistance the resistance in the face of neo
liberalism threat, and the union is very important in a sistem of
segregation and individualism.
> The groups or individuals that eventually cannot come to the
gathering, please send us guide-lines to put in discussion in the
development of the gathering. To who will participate, came in contact with
