Eric Responded: but that's enterily the fault of you english people by forcing on the rest of the world a very limited character set called ascii. The 15 years i'm using computers has been an ongoing struggle with that. So if some cyber-anarchists hace some spare time left, they could attack the tyranny of ascii.
