PROPOSED BILL VIOLATES HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW

FROM LES COLEMAN

A proposed law pending before the U.S. Congress violates the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, ratified by all members of the United Nations in
1948. The International mandate was written by Elenanor Roosevelt, a stauch
supporter of Human Rights and privacy.
Article 12 of the Declaration states: " No one shall be subjected to
arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence,
everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or
attacks."
A new movement is taking shape inside the U.S. Some Americans are
renouncing their U.S. citizenship, while remaining on U.S. soil, and declaring
themselves World Citizens, registered with the World Service Authority in
Washington, D.C. The WSA was founded in 1954 by Gary Davis, and seeks to force
nation-states to abide by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by issuing
World Citizens passports, birth and marriage certificates, and other documents,
as authorized by the Declarations.
By registering with the World Service Authority American nationals can
remain resident in the United States, a birth right, and as World Citizens,
there is no Nation-State that they could be sent to, even if the U.S. government
sought to deport them as aliens. residents of Tiwan are registering with WSA
by the thousands after recent threats by mainland China to dulify their
nationality.
