Yes, you'd be supporting free university education. "6%" means
6% of the National Budget, the goverment should give the plubic
universities that amount, it's even written in the constitution.
but they never do it, so now the university system is in crisis.
they will have to charge the students money, reduce money scolarships,
and maybe privatize the whole university.
Opinion:
It means education at university will be just for rich people. Poor
people will only have access to schol education. That's what the
system want, make people who can just work as laborer, and profesional
people (they who got a good eduaction) will be always the same.
