This is a recap i took from the complaint presented by the law students to
the general procurator of justice with respect to the massacre this past
wednesday december 13.(It includes the names of the students with serious
injuries).
INTRODUCTION
----------------
We reproduce, to inform the people of Nicaragua and particularly the victims
of the massacre at the university on december 13, the complaint that a group
of law students from UCA filed before the General Procurator of Justice of
the Republic against the criminals: Fernando Caldera Azmitia; Pedro Aguilar
y Manuel Lezama Garcia, Director General of the National Police ; Managua's
Chief of Police and chief of the illegal Anti-riots Unit respectively.
COMPLAINT
------------
Based on the events mentioned above, founded on articles 29, 32 and 33 In.
and 42 of Law 181, Social Military Organizational, Jurisdictional and
Preventive Code of Sept. 2nd 1994 seen in the Gaceta Diario Oficial number
165 of Sept. 2nd 1994 we file a formal complaint against Srs. Fernando
Caldera Azmitia; Pedro Aguilar and Manuel Lezama Garcia with respect to the
crimes of:
1. Homicide on the person of Ernest Porfirio Ramos Villareal, per article
128 pn.
2. Serious injury on the persons of Ali Salvador Carrillo, Harold Lopez
Bucardo, Jeronimo Urbina, Bismark Santana, Neil Somarriba, Maria Auxiliadora
Cordoba, Adrian Meza Soza, Roberto Calderon and others that could be
identified later, the injuries against these people are serious, life
threatening, will leave permanent marks, have permanently damaged organs and
caused other lesser damages, per articles 137 to 145 pn.
3. Exposing people to danger, per article 154 pn.
4. Damages caused by negligence, per article 324 pn.
5. Illicit association with the intention of committing a crime, per
articles 493 and 494 pn, and
6. Anything else that might result from the investigations.
