La terre a tremblé sous les pieds de Jeff Bezos le 14 avril! Amazon, sa
puissance, son arrogance... et son armada d’avocats ont perdu en référé
face à SUD-Commerce. ---- En effet, le tribunal de Nanterre a ordonné
aux six sites français – sous peine d’une amende de 1 million d’euros
par jour – de cesser toute activité en dehors des produits essentiels
(santé, hygiène, alimentation, soit 10 % des produits selon SUD). ----
Confirmation en appel le 24 avril: chaque livraison illicite sera punie
de 100.000 euros d’amende! C’est une grande victoire (lire dans
Alternative libertaire d’avril 2020). Dépité, Amazon France a préféré
fermer provisoirement ses six sites. Le respect des mesures sanitaires
