encourage speculation which makes the production of renewable energy a new vein through 
the introduction of the carbon tax.

Small farmers or multinational firms, oil or nucleocrats French or foreign, all these 
people dream of transforming the natural free energy of the first environmental movement 
in El Dorado speculative and politically correct. The wind, solar, methane, ... are no 
longer free. It encourages individuals to reduce their credits by producing and selling 
renewable energy. Everyone at the smallest scale, is encouraged to speculate, however, an 
energy heritage, as well as water: this is a real commercialization of what is a common 
and inalienable .

This contradictory development of renewable energy should be the opportunity to innovate 
politically for a nuclear-free energy production, clean, decentralized, accessible and 
self-managed as a public service where users (individuals and communities ) and workers in 
these sectors would be involved. Already, in addition to the water sector, we see 
communities organize themselves into regulated to produce at least part of the energy

three tracks:

Without strong pressure from public opinion in this direction, the fight against new
