Anarchists organized and fighting to keep with them all! ---- It fulfills a decade of one of the largest popular rebellions in the region. " Errico Malatesta ---- It fulfills a decade of one of the largest popular rebellions in the region. We refer to the situation experienced in 2001 where people in the streets chanted "throw them all, which is not even one."

That was a turning point taking into account the pre-history of resistance that was already more than 5 years of visibility, and the outcome of social struggle that continued until today. The importance of the 19 and December 20 itself, not only due to the breakdown that was made by removing the institutional Argentina to a government with little legitimacy, attempts to show how change to a profound yet practical policy continuity Menem's neoliberal. Neither the importance of this popular explosion in the streets had to do exclusively with having forced the resignation of four presidents in one week. But all this was not minor.

Out with them all yesterday and today!

We remember much of that now in 2001 that capitalism and the State not only have failed to give response to the needs of humanity as a whole but have managed to sink more and more and plunge into an unprecedented misery . Mobilized sectors of the population in Europe and America have taken to the streets to protest and confront those responsible for the crisis, including bankers, politicians, businessmen and gurus of the economy. All these officials clearly different states and economic powers emptying partners. In these cases it has come to invoke the spirit of the 2001 Argentina to face a "model" outdated. In the Middle East and North Africa popular protest aimed to take dictatorial regimes but still all these popular movements have not been present at the time, grassroots organizational proposals that threaten the established order.
You can view today and yesterday, a trend that is taking place in different variations, but with certain common guidelines as a key time, and that has to do with the crisis of institutions in general and the breakdown of the social imaginary on these.

Crisis and rupture spanning the state, corrupt unions, political parties and the system, including those of the traditional left, and its various political and organizational criteria.

And while we put the magnifying glass on the consequences of the rebellion of 2001 by its magnitude, these become the analysis, as mentioned above, a whole host of previous processes and trends, albeit with differences can be seen in other processes in the region. And this is demonstrated in a while now, every time that part of the population leans toward public affairs, or of interest, makes self-organizing and / or mobilized, with contempt for the political class, even if the first to go in the polls ... What does the social imaginary of 19/20.

10 years ago in this country were most oppressed class to face the same key sectors that oppress their policies almost copied from elsewhere in the world. We were in a Latin American context as the Chiapas uprising, struggles over resources and in defense of Bolivia, land expropriation as the Landless in Brazil and indigenous peoples as those of Ecuador. At that time the neighborhood assemblies and factory outlets piquetero movement among other sectors, included us in these efforts in Latin America and we say stop fighting in the streets. However the lack of a larger network between social movements and a lack of unity among themselves, the pettiness and political vision blurred some foreshadowing the lack of concrete alternatives of social support from other paradigms, they hatching in the instant that the clash had to improvise and the replacement of the old society. If on one hand was welcome the idea of ââending completely with existing institutions and practices were not experiences that have given the chance to tear down the apparatus of the state and capitalism.

Open tension between old and new

Unfortunately, the tension between old that fails to die and the new birth that never ends, it has produced a summary for the moment favorable for below. But tension continues ...
With the hasty departure of Eduardo Duhalde's government after the slaughter of Avellaneda, where under his responsibility were killed two sons of our people as Dario Santillan and Maximiliano Kosteki and the advent of Kirchner as a process, we can say that closes one of the situations more extraordinary popular excitement towards dictatorship. Economic and institutional restructuring, operated by K, followed by an anti-neoliberal rhetoric in line with other Latin American processes, came to break with some logic derived from previous processes while maintaining in essence, certain features of the more general system of domination.

The state and the ruling class in a few years could be a wash of face-extractive economic model exporter minimize the consequences of the local crisis and the current international crisis, which is still latent and promises to give new tail. Clientelistic political practices and Prebendary of Duhalde and Menem were appropriated by the K enabling them to assemble a lasting alliance with powerful sectors of the economy, governors of provinces feudal "barons" of Buenos Aires province and union bureaucrats.

The policies pursued by the Kirchner made structural exclusion of popular sectors and the unemployed increasingly marginalized neighborhoods, outsourced workers and precarious always at risk of being fired, farmers in northern police run by large landowners, and even landless peoples and others.

In turn, cleverly combining cooptation of references and sectors in struggle and discipline and discredit those who are still in the fight, was setting up a new hegemonic scenario, where the fragmentation (of which we are fighting for a radical transformation of the society we must also take responsibility) is the constant in these times.

But where there is no resistance and domination that, despite the apparent subjugation of all the paraphernalia effect of that process, so low and below will continue to weave experiences of self-construction and struggle to recreate and deepen the spirit of 19/20 and which the anarchists and with more and more momentum we part. And here again appears the key to breaking the social imaginary, that while today could see a bit blurred by the institutional normal situation and unfavorable relation of forces to the oppressed class, is there latent and continues to set the context. And this is because there is a point that can be seen in strictly political terms, ie shorter resolution times, but rather cultural, long-range, depth and social consequence.

So, we can see the void that opens still immense between the old institutions still alive and our social constructions still embryonic
