Around 60000 people went to the demonstration. The 'block libertaire' had 
somewhere between 2-5000 people. The demo started at 11am and finished at 
6.30pm! The CNT-F had organised an international conference for 
anarcho-syndicalists and revolutionary unionists which took place in Paris just 
before 1st May.
