we are an anarchist collective whose mission is to organize creative resistance at the intersections of oppression locally and globally and to nurture the emergence of futures shaped by autonomous spaces and collective liberation. whew. organic is based in the borderlands currently known asUS, , USA. we live just north of the US/Mexico border and we oppose that boundary with all of our being. here at the edge of the nation-state; at its last line of “defense,” we are witness to the fortress.

but the boundary only flows one way and thus it is more than a wall but the clearest representation of US imperialism and opppression. for the rich, for corporations and for capital, borders don’t exist. but for migrant people, often forced off of their land by free trade policies, the border in all its forms is the manifestation of a life stripped of the most basic human rights. migrants are often beaten, detained for years without trial and/or deported; splitting and destroying families. at the very least, 4000 people have died crossing the southern border and tens of thousands have been incapacitated. these are human beings and valued members of our communities.
as anarchists, we organize towards autonomy and freedom. we do not honor the state or its murderous laws. we are working to create a world without borders or wars. we are working for a world of self-governed communities, based on mutual aid and human dignity; a world more human than the nations we see today built on genocide and protected by fences, hired killers and high-tech weaponry.
