Topless Sit-Down Action Call Fails To Generate Interest From the looks of it, 
this could've been any IMF/WB event that I shot in 1998 or early '99. The park 
was maybe two-thirds full and the march went by in about five minutes, but the 
kids from SDS and other anarchist contingents saved this afternoon from being 
the usual hey-hey-ho-ho. With song and poetry by Chioma "Journey Woman" Oruh.

 Some young ladies from the North American Federation Of Radical 
Attention-Getters floated a topless sit-down action call among the scattered 
attendees at Murrow Park, but it failed to generate sufficient interest — that 
is, they couldn't convince anybody else to take off their tops and sit down in 
the street. They were living proof that at any given demonstration, you should 
never, ever assume that anyone with a bullhorn is in charge of anything. In 
fact, I've often felt that handheld bullhorns are the technological Spawn Of Satan.
