New York City, a center of anarchist life, culture, struggle, and ideas for 150 years, has never hosted an Anarchist Bookfair. That's about to change!
On Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Judson Memorial Church in Manhattan, the first annual, first-ever NYC Anarchist Bookfair will feature a one-day exposition of books, 'zines, pamphlets, art, film/video, and other cultural and political expressions of the worldwide anarchist movement. The first annual, first-ever NYC Anarchist Book Fair will feature over 40 tables, as well as an art gallery. Panels, presentations, workshops, and skillshares will provide further opportunities to learn more and to share your own experiences and creativity.
So, here it is: the confirmed details of the 2007 NYC Anarchist Bookfair.
It was a long time coming, but it is finally done! This is going
to be a very exciting event, and we hope everyone will come on down!

Friday, April 13

Saturday, April 14
11am-7pm (Setup begins at 9am)
-The 2007 Anarchist Bookfair. Featuring over 60 groups/book
presses/'zines/infoshops and 12 workshops throughout the
weekend! We are expecting a big turnout for this first-ever Anarchist
Bookfair in the Big Apple, so help spread the word! We hope to make this
an annual event, and your support is needed to make this a worthwhile

Take A,B,C,D,F,B,V trains to West 4th Street -or- 6 train to Bleecker Street.
