The FAUCH (free worker union) is a combination of different
groups and people with various anarchistic and liberal attitudes from
Switzerland. We fight for a radical rearrangement of today’s way of living .
Our vision is a society without leadership, based on autonomous self-administration.
We have the ambition to reach self-determination in every part of life. This
society is neither racist nor sexist, without fixed privileges, discrimination and
social marginalisation. We know that such a society cannot be possible from one day
to another. Therefore it is a very important duty to practice education. We want to
activate inspire as many people as possible to think. Why is Switzerland wealthy?
How does a capitalistic system function? What is anarchy or rather anarchistic
syndicalism? What is neo liberal globalisation?

We refuse to structures our interest in centralistically organised
institutions because this always means a concentration of power and
hierarchy. We neither can nor do we want to put through our
interests with representative-politics, like it’s practiced in parties
and churches. In opposition, we put a basis- democratic
organisation. In this way we reduce loneliness and loss of
perspective and fight for a rearrangement on a liberal basis. To
achieve our Intentions we do not only want to talk about it, we try to
live our convictions and to fight for their realisation, for example by
actions in everyday life. We are convinced that we know by ourselves
what is good for us. We can go mighty fine without bosses, a state
and officials. If we all try hard we are able to live without them. In an
basis- democratic society with an economy, that is based upon
self-administration, we will all have a better life.

We’re not only responsible for what we do but also for what we
accept without a word of protest

They want to be our rulers. We neither want to be Rulers nor slaves.

Everyone, who wants to collaborate with us in this spirit, is heartily
