A-Infos (en) Maxico, Oaxaca: Radio Universidad "handed over"; bt struggle continue - attack of state forces is imminent

16:30 The installations of Radio Universidad (RU) were handed over, because the 
conditions didnt exist to continue transmitting after the dismantling of the 5 
Señores barricade (pulled down at around 4am this morning). The radio was handed 
over to the University Rector. Paramilitaries and police forces were standing 
outside UABJO (the University). All the companer@s are all right up till now.
17:55 People at UABJO have closed the University and are preparing for a 
possible attack.
17:56 In colonia Santa Rosa a roadblock continues and the ministerial police are 
patrolling the immediate areas of Radio Universidad.

17:58 At the roadblock of colonia Santa Rosa they are stopping everyone and 
checking their identity against a list of names (as well as making a list). This 
could confirm that arrest warrants have no names and those detained, their names 
are filled into the arrest warrant at the time of arrest.

18:09 It is being asked to be attentive for possible detentions. The people of 
Radio Universidad are leaving the premises.

18:30 Radio universidad has stopped transmitting at night, and will resume 
broadcasts in the morning (at 9 or 10am).
