A-Infos (en) US, PGA conf in New Orleans? Anyone in Chiapas?

As some of you may know a whole bunch of us in different places  are 
working on a major binational mobilization against the border in 
November of 2007.  its being called a "binational no border action camp" 
and will take place near calexico and mexicali, which is between Tucson 
and San Diego. We have formed a coalition in SD and a new collective in 
Tucson has formed to work exclusively on this project. Similar to how 
dissent used the PGA hallmarks*, we are using them as basic points of 
unity under which the project is being organized. At a gathering last 
weekend in Mexicali called colectividades we made the proposal to 
collectives from all over Mexico and the response was really good and 
people are taking the idea back to their groups and cities. We have been 
having lots of conversation about how big of a role the other campaign 
should and could have in the mobilization. Most of us are adherents and 
many have been active in otra organizing. This same conversation needs 
to happen in respect to PGA. Below is info about an upcoming encuentro 
in Tucson, which would be a good place to have this conversation.
We are envisioning this mobilization as part of a process of organizing 
and networking, movement building, and possibly forming an 
anticapitalist network oriented towards anti-border/detention work. 
There will likely be conferences/encuentros in a few different cities 
across the country as more organizers from different cities get more 
involved. Honestly I dont know how much time or energy our group could 
put into organizing anything (a PGA conference) that is not part of the 
no border mobilization. but I think someone from San diego could 
probably attend. Hope you all are well.
