About 10 banner drops were done throughout the city, including one
which was really huge made out of stolen upside down flags and read
"end empire." A lame (in terms of numbers) but brave snowy critical
mass/bike parade was attempted. It then met up with a group of about
30-40 kids, who were huddled in a group of 100 moderate peace activists,
then left that group and marched down the streets of downtown Milwaukee
singing Against Me! songs and pulling construction equipment into the
street for about a half a mile until they were confronted by police. Five
blocks were shut down for some time and not a single person was arrested,
except for one during the critical mass.

At the station the police told the arrestee that they had only arrested
him to flex their muscles in front of his friends, when in
actuality it only inspired them.
